Stained Glass Window

Today I was learning about the history of stain glass windows.
I found it difficult to fit all the shapes in.
I enjoyed learning how to make a stain glass window.
Next time I would change the arch shape border.

  1. Hi Hinengawai, your stained glass window shows that you have tried really hard to use the polyline tool and gradient to fill. Your idea of the candle in the window is unique, well done. What made you think to use a candle? Ka pai, Miss Hickling.

  2. Hi Miss Hickling I am very thankful that you noticed I really appreciate it.Well during prayers you always say "As we light the candle we let it remind us that jesus is the light of the world" so instead of using the polyline to draw Jesus I drew a candle to symbolize him.
    Thank you

    1. That is so lovely to hear Hinengawai. The candle is the light of Jesus and his love. That makes your art even more special and meaningful. Ka pai, Miss Hickling.

  3. Hinengawai that is so cool! I love the colors that you used and that you put the special glow around the flame of the candle. What made you choose the arch shape and why would you change t next time?
